Our BBQ Master Mike has over 25 years of experience. Norwegian Cruise Lines where I trained under a Master Chef. Later I went to the Tugboats which lead to being the head cook while days at sea and getting my Captains License. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our menu. His passion for cooking is evident in every dish he creates.
